Le cabinet d\u2019avocats a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 en 2005 par Ma\u00eetre Jean-Baptiste GAVIGNET. Le 1er janvier 2015,\u00a0 Ma\u00eetre GAVIGNET a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de s\u2019associer avec Maitre Isabelle-Marie DELAVICTOIRE et Ma\u00eetre Myriam SI HASSEN : ils ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 la SCP GAVIGNET & ASSOCI\u00c9S.
Le 1er janvier 2016, Ma\u00eetre G\u00e9raldine GARON a rejoint le cabinet. La structure comporte d\u00e9sormais quatre avocats associ\u00e9s et des collaborateurs.<\/p>

Les avocats du cabinet sont tous inscrits au barreau de Dijon mais se d\u00e9placent dans toute la France. Ainsi, au mois de mai 2017 la SCP GAVIGNET & ASSOCI\u00c9S\u00a0 a install\u00e9 un bureau secondaire \u00e0 Auxerre. Le Cabinet\u00a0 d\u00e9veloppe une activit\u00e9 importante dans toute la r\u00e9gion Bourgogne-Franche-Comt\u00e9 mais peut \u00e9galement intervenir sur tout le territoire fran\u00e7ais.

\n\t\t\t\t\tJean-Baptiste Gavignet\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t

Titulaire d\u2019un DEA de Droit priv\u00e9, il a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 l'\u00c9cole des Avocats de Dijon en 2000.\n\nIl a pr\u00eat\u00e9 serment en 2001 \u00e0 la Cour d\u2019Appel de DIJON, avant de s\u2019installer dans les locaux actuels \u00e0 Dijon apr\u00e8s 3 ans d\u2019exercice.\n\nIl a \u00e9t\u00e9 Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Union des Jeunes Avocats de Dijon et membre du Bureau National de la FNUJA (F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Nationale de l\u2019Union des Jeunes Avocats).\n\nIl a \u00e9t\u00e9 membre du Conseil de l\u2019Ordre du Barreau de Dijon de 2011 \u00e0 2013.\n\nDepuis 2010, Ma\u00eetre GAVIGNET est \u00e9lu au sein de la Caisse Nationale des Barreaux Fran\u00e7ais.\n\nIl exerce une activit\u00e9 essentiellement contentieuse dans les domaines du droit du travail, du droit p\u00e9nal et du droit civil.\n\nIl est intervenu \u00e0 deux reprises devant le Conseil Constitutionnel afin de faire d\u00e9clarer la loi non conforme \u00e0 la constitution lorsqu\u2019elle ne permettait pas l\u2019assistance d\u2019un gard\u00e9-\u00e0-vue par un avocat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ma\u00eetre DELAVICTOIRE a obtenu son Master de Droit processuel en 2008 avant d\u2019int\u00e9grer l\u2019\u00c9cole R\u00e9gionale des Avocats du Grand Est \u00e0 Strasbourg.\n\nElle a pr\u00eat\u00e9 serment \u00e0 la Cour d\u2019Appel de Dijon en 2011 et est devenue avocat collaborateur dans le cabinet de Ma\u00eetre GAVIGNET.\n\nEn 2014, Ma\u00eetre DELAVICTOIRE a obtenu le Dipl\u00f4me Universitaire de Droit rural de la facult\u00e9 de Montpellier.\n\nElle s\u2019est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 Ma\u00eetre GAVIGNET et \u00e0 Ma\u00eetre SI HASSEN en 2015.\n\nMa\u00eetre DELAVICTOIRE exerce une activit\u00e9 en droit du travail, en droit des affaires sociales, en droit rural.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
